Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Hematology/Oncology fellowship
Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology
Eligible for Florida medical licensure
Eligible for hospital privileges
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to evidence-based medicine
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Experience treating a broad range of solid tumors and hematologic malignancies preferred
Interest in both inpatient and outpatient oncology care preferred
Commitment to clinical excellence and quality improvement
