Job description
Role: Hematology/Oncology Physician responsible for providing specialized cancer care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver clinical care with a focus on subspecialties such as lung/thoracic, head and neck, melanoma, sarcoma, neuro‑oncology, and malignant hematology.
Build and develop a niche practice, participate in disease‑site leadership, and contribute to program growth.
Utilize advanced electronic medical records and AI‑enabled documentation tools.
Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary teams, supporting innovative, team‑based care.
Support a light call schedule with APPs and backup physician rotation.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 50% focus on subspecialty practice with ability to develop a niche.
Experience in various oncology subspecialties preferred.
Strong collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with leadership capabilities.
Proficiency in electronic medical records and advanced care technologies.
Key Duties: Build subspecialty expertise, contribute to program development and innovation, deliver high‑quality patient care, and support multidisciplinary collaboration in a growing cancer program.
