Job description
NOW Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician for a Findlay, OH position. The role offers a 50/50 mix of hematology and oncology cases with a four-day clinic week and one administrative day (remote). Inpatient calls run at 1:4, supported by a dedicated team including RN, MA, and NPs.
Compensation is strong with a base salary in the $550,000–$650,000 range, plus sign-on, relocation, and productivity bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits and loan support options.
