Job description
A well-established team of Hematology/Oncology physicians in the Upper Midwest is seeking a physician to join a fully integrated Cancer Center. Practice in a modern, high-support environment designed to eliminate operational burdens, featuring an on-site infusion center, radiation oncology, PET/CT imaging, and a 24-exam-room suite.
Practice Environment & Support:
Outpatient Focus: No call, no inpatient rounding, and no inpatient consults
Integrated Oncology Services: All care under one roof, including an on-site infusion center, radiation oncology, and PET/CT imaging
Modern Facility: State-of-the-art clinic with 24 exam rooms
Dedicated Support: Dedicated RN assigned to each physician; Advanced Practice Providers manage first-call during weekday hours
Schedule & Volume: Manageable volume of 12-14 patients per day with a full-time clinical schedule of 35 patient-facing hours per week
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed Base Salary: $650,000 for new graduates up to $675,000 for experienced physicians (or productivity-based compensation, whichever is higher)
Bonus Potential: Additional productivity incentives with strong upside
Onboarding Package: Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
Time Off: 33 days PTO + 10 days CME ($5,000 allowance)
