Credentialing Timeline: 90-120 days
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Board: Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology (required)
Licenses: Active MI License or eligibility to obtain
Certifications: BLS
REQUIRED PROCEDURES FNA/Biopsy
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Participation on a Tumor Board
Orders Tests and Interpret Results
Orders Images
Prescribes Medications and Treatments
Provide outpatient clinic consultations and follow-up care for hematology/oncology patients
