Hematology - Oncology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00
This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Weekend call is one weekend every five weeks, from Friday at 8:00 AM through Monday at 8:00 AM.
Practice Setting: Telehealth, outpatient, and inpatient.
Types of Cases: Hematology and oncology; inpatient and outpatient care, admissions, and consultations. Minimum of two consultations per day.
Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per shift; 16 beds in the department.
Credentialing Timeframe: 90–120 days.
Electronic Medical Record: Epic.
Certifications Required: Board Certified in the requested specialty. Fellowship preferred.
Licensure Required: Licensed in Wisconsin or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
