MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center is seeking BC/BE Hematologist-Oncologists to help build a new team within MercyOne Iowa's statewide cancer program. This is a pivotal role in expanding our Des Moines cancer services and delivering patient-centered care across the region.
Highlights include a two-year income guarantee of $800,000, a $600,000 salary floor with production starting year 3, and a $150,000 recruitment incentive, along with paid malpractice, CME allowance, and generous time off.
