Locums Hematology Oncology Physician - Weekday Schedule, Ongoing Blocks
Join a hospital-based Hematology Oncology program in southern Kentucky with a structured weekday schedule and ongoing coverage blocks. This role offers a balanced mix of clinic and inpatient care.
Highlights
Monday through Friday clinic schedule
Ongoing assignment with future blocks available
Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
Dedicated clinical support staff
Practice & Cases
Hospital-based clinic environment with adult patients
Bread and butter hematology and oncology cases
Bone marrow biopsies required
Supported by RNs and CMAs for daily operations
Schedule
Daytime clinic hours, typically 8a-4p
Weekday coverage with consistent workflow
Night call responsibilities after clinic hours
Ongoing scheduling with repeat block opportunities
Requirements
Board-certified in Hematology and Oncology
Active Kentucky license required
BLS and DEA certifications
