Hematologist/Oncologist Opportunity - Located in Hyannis, MA - Boston 70m - Full-time, permanent position - Hospital-Employed - New Cancer Center Opening 2025Position Highlights: Join an established hospital-employed oncology team in a highly desirable coastal location as we expand into a new state-of-the-art cancer center opening in early 2025.Practice Details: Seeking BC/BE medical oncologist/hematologist Join 6 BC medical oncologists/hematologists Support staff includes 3 NPs, 8 RNs, and 6 medical assistants Clinical trials program supported by 3 dedicated research staff Full infusion suite with 17 chairs and comprehensive radiation oncology onsite Dedicated oral oncology pharmacist and supportive care staff (oncology social worker and dietician) Hospitalists manage admissions Equal rotation for inpatient consults and call (nights/weekends) Facility Features: On-campus cancer center offering advanced treatment options and technology Strong multidisciplinary collaboration across oncology services Position Perks: Hospital-employed position Monday-Friday schedule with 4 or 5-day workweek options Competitive compensation based on experience with bonus potential Opportunity to contribute to a growing, patient-centered, community oncology program Ideal Candidate: BC/BE in Medical Oncology and Hematology Strong communication and team collaboration skills Experience in a community oncology practice model preferred Location Highlights - Cape Cod, MA: Coastal living with pristine beaches, scenic coastlines, and vibrant local culture Excellent schools and family-friendly communities Outdoor recreation: biking, boating, golf, hiking, and more Close proximity to Boston and Providence Easy ferry access to Martha s Vineyard and Nantucket
