Job description
Coverage: Scheduled, No Call
Schedule:
8-hour shifts
8:00 AM 5:00 PM , with a 1-hour lunch break
5 days per month
Remote inbox coverage
No call
Work Details: Adult and geriatric patients
Average patients per day
Outpatient setting
Hospital and clinic privileges required; both are located in the same building
Working solo
Infusion and Medical Oncology/Hematology
Bone marrow biopsy
Requirements:
Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
Alaska license required at time of presentation
BLS or ACLS required
PALS preferred
DEA required
24 months of case logs: Applicant must provide documentation of provision of hematology/medical oncology services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months (waived for applicants who completed training during the previous year).
EPIC EMR
Additional Details: 8 hours of non-billable orientation
COVID-19 vaccine required no exemptions
Fast credentialing is available for clean files
Standard credentialing process: approximately 90 days from when the application is sent.
