Clean files due to fast creds

Both Hospital and clinic privilges needed (located in same building)

Average patietns per day 12-16
24mo of case logs: Applicant must provide documentation of provision of hematology/medical oncology services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months (waived for applicants who completed training during the previous year).
Procedures- Infusion and Medical Oncology/Hematology, Bone Marrow BIopsy
Working solo- Yes
License required at time of present
EMR EPIC
AK- DEA, BLS or ACLS or PALS
Additional comments- Infusion and medical oncology/Hematology
Schedule Details - 8hr shift
Approval through 3/30/27
8am-5pm with a 1 hr lunch break.
5 days per month, remote inbox coverage
