Hematology/Oncology Opportunity in Kissimmee, Florida

$50k Sign-on Bonus Outpatient Focus Leadership Opportunities
A physician-led Hematology/Oncology practice is opening a new location in Kissimmee to meet growing demand for cancer care across Central Florida. This is an opportunity to help establish the practice from the ground up with infusion services, referral support, marketing resources, and the backing of an experienced oncology organization. Additional established locations are also available throughout Florida, with continued expansion planned.
Practice Overview: Schedule/Compensation & Benefits
Monday through Friday outpatient clinic schedule
Rotating weekends once Hospital Affiliation(s) are established
Guaranteed base salary with performance incentives and a sign-on bonus
Equity in the form of Stock (granted annually)
$650k - $800K possible once established
Full benefits package including PTO, 7 paid holidays + 3 Floating Holidays, and CME allowance
Relocation up to $15k provided
Candidate Profile Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology and eligible for a FL medical license
Needs an experienced physician due to this new clinic opening
Comfortable in a traditional outpatient Hem/Onc model
