Lapeer, Michigan Outpatient Clinic Monday, Wednesday & Friday Enjoy a predictable outpatient schedule with no inpatient responsibilities in a well-supported Hematology/Oncology practice! McLaren Oakland is seeking a Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology physician for locum coverage at its Lapeer, Michigan satellite clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a consistent three-day schedule, manageable patient volume, and a collaborative oncology team.
Opportunity Highlights Location: Lapeer, Michigan
Practice Setting: 100% Adult Outpatient Hematology/Oncology
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Patient Volume: Approximately patients per day
Call: Clinic call only, as needed
EMR: Cerner
Infusion: Onsite infusion center
Laboratory: Onsite CBCs
Recruitment: Ongoing search for a permanent full-time physician
Collaborative Clinical Environment You ll join a multidisciplinary oncology team designed to support physicians and patients throughout their care journey. The practice includes:
Oncology RNs
Medical Assistants
Nurse Navigator
Social Worker
Dietitian
NP support
The physician will provide outpatient medical oncology and hematology care and participate in tumor board , making this a great fit for a physician who values collaborative, comprehensive cancer care.
Qualifications Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology ; truly Board Eligible physicians may be considered
Minimum 2 years of Hematology/Oncology experience
Active Michigan medical license
BLS/ACLS
Familiarity with Cerner preferred
