What You ll DoProvide expert hematology and oncology care for adult patients (18+)
Support the opening of a new medical practice, working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team
Manage a caseload of approximately 10 patients per day, with anticipated growth
Collaborate with support staff including nurses, medical assistants, and care navigators
Visit inpatient hospital consults as needed, primarily within a community-based practice setting
Document care in the EPIC EMR system
Participate in coverage during weekdays with occasional weeknight and weekend call (1:2, 60/40)
What You NeedRequired: Board Certification or Board Eligible in Oncology
Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC LOQ
DEA license
Preferred: Experience with EPIC EMR
Prior outpatient or hospital consult experience in hematology/oncology

Join a new, vibrant medical oncology and hematology practice scheduled to open in September 2026. The facility features a 131-bed hospital, providing comprehensive outpatient care and inpatient consults. You will be part of a growing team dedicated to delivering community-based cancer and blood disorder treatments, supporting a patient population with adult cases.
