Practice Details
Ready-made patient panel with strong APP support for clinic and care coordination
Both inpatient and outpatient oncology care
Multiple practice locations, including sites without weekend coverage
Collaborative, team-based culture with a focus on long-term physician sustainability
Schedule
1:6 weekday phone-only call
1:4 weekend morning call, with flexibility by site
Patient volumes tailored to your preferences
Optional Medical Director potential - 50% admin and 50% clinical
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation structure tailored to full-time or part-time arrangements
$650k - $700k base salary
33 days of PTO plus 11 paid holidays
One week of CME with a $4,000 annual allowance
Malpractice coverage with tail included
