Hematology/Oncology job opening in Mattoon, IL Located 3 hours from Chicago; 2 hours from St Louis; 1.5 hours from Springfield, IL

About the Opportunity: Full time, permanent opening
$600,000 base salary (reviewed annually but not guaranteed increases annually); No RVUs and no Quality Bonus
33 days of PTO
$6,000 + 5 days CME
$40,000 sign on bonus
$30,000 retention paid over 3 years ($10k at the end of year 1, 2 & 3)

About Mattoon: Centrally located in Mattoon, Health Center is a 128-bed, community hospital in East Central Illinois - 180 miles south of Chicago and 130 miles east of St. Louis.
The Health Center provides a full range of acute-care, general services and home health services to approximately 357,000 residents of Coles and the surroundings 12 counties.
