Job description
Total Compensation ranging from $450k-$550k based on experience
A well-established healthcare organization in the Hudson Valley region is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to join its growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality cancer care while working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Position Highlights
Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with a wide range of hematologic and oncologic conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based medicine and the latest advancements in cancer care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff
Participate in treatment planning, patient education, and ongoing disease management
Review and interpret diagnostic studies, pathology reports, imaging, and laboratory findings
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while building meaningful long-term relationships with patients and families
Contribute to a culture focused on clinical excellence, collaboration, and quality outcomes
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology
Eligible for medical licensure in New York
Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

Base salary of $500,000+
