Hematology / Oncology Physician Needed in San Diego, CA

Quick Facts
Medical Director role with 50% clinical and 50% administrative focus
Monday – Friday schedule, 8:30 am – 5 pm
Full-time or part-time options; minimum 3 days per week commitment
Care delivered primarily via telemedicine with some in-home visits
Value-based care model providing support between traditional oncologist visits
Lead and supervise a team of Nurse Practitioners in a collaborative setting
Focus on symptom management, goals-of-care, and advance care planning
Board-certified with palliative care or leadership experience preferred
