Board-certified or board-eligible hematology/oncology physician role in a coastal Oregon communityFour-day workweek: three days at main clinic site and one day at a nearby coastal siteNo call responsibilities (call available for extra income if desired)Typical patient volume 18"20 patients per dayEPIC electronic health recordRN/MAs enter orders; strong clinical supportTwo APPs on-site full-time; two physicians rotate through the clinicsMinimum 2"3 years of post-training experience preferredEmployed position with full benefits, matching 401k, etcBase compensation range approximately $575,000"$675,000RVU bonus structure:$140 per RVU over median target of 5,964 RVUs$75,000 sign-on bonusRelocation assistance up to $20,000Six weeks of PTO (24 days) plus holidaysCME allowance up to $5,000Coastal Pacific Northwest setting with mild climate, ocean views, easy access to beaches, and abundant outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and boatingRelaxed small-town lifestyle with a strong sense of community, while still within driving distance of larger urban centers for additional dining, cultural, and travel options
