Join a well-established Hematology/Oncology program in the Pacific Northwest This is a rare opportunity to step into a reputable practice with strong leadership, exceptional staff retention, and deep patient trust.
Practice Highlights Established community oncology program with consistent referral volume
Highly experienced, stable nursing and clinic staff
On-site infusion services and coordinated access to radiation oncology
Affiliation with a large nonprofit health system, providing long-term stability and system resources
Clinical collaboration and support available through a regional academic cancer center (tele-consults and backup coverage)
Compensation & Benefits 3-year guaranteed base salary (no production-based salary reductions)
$650,000 salary for qualified, experienced hematology-oncologists
Comprehensive benefits package equating to a $75,000 value
Student loan/tuition assistance of $50,000 per year
