Position Overview
Full-time permanent Hematology/Oncology Physician opportunity in Northern Colorado a well-established and growing oncology practice with a strong focus on Breast Oncology and Gynecologic Medical Oncology. Four-day work week, minimal call, and visa support available.

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology (within 5 years of residency) no exceptions
Active Colorado license (or willing to obtain)
DEA (must obtain prior to start)
Clean malpractice and license history
NPDB Self-Query within 30 days at submission
Visa support available (J1 or H1B note at submission)
Permanent candidates only no locum or locum-to-perm
