Hematology/Medical opening in Ocean Springs, MSCenter is seeking a dedicated Hematology/Medical Oncology Physician to join our esteemed team. Position Overview:Type: Full-time Hematology/Medical Oncology positionLocation: Beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast, near major airports and metropolitan areasAbout the Cancer Center:Comprehensive Services: Full-service cancer center offering diverse treatment optionsExperienced Team: Five full-time Medical OncologistsTwo Radiation OncologistsOnly Gynecologic Oncologist in the regionSpecialized Surgeons, including Colon & Rectal, Head & Neck, and Thoracic Cancer SurgeonsSupport Network: Extensive medical specialty support, including Surgery, Radiology, Pathology, Pulmonology, Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery, Neurology, and extended medical staff across three facilitiesInfusion Services: Two full-service infusion units with 100% RN staff for infusion and clinic supportResearch Opportunities: Well-defined research/trials departmentPhysician Support: Strong physician assistant service for benign hematology follow-ups, lower acuity oncology follow-ups, and triaging inpatient consultsRadiation Therapy: Comprehensive radiation therapy options at our Pascagoula location, including IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS, and HDR Candidate Requirements:-Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Medical OncologyCommitment: Strong desire to provide high-quality cancer care in an ACS-accredited Cancer Center Compensation & Benefits:Competitive Base Compensation with performance and production incentivesNegotiable Sign-On Bonus, Relocation Assistance, and Student Loan Assistance Comprehensive Benefits Package:Medical, Life Insurance, 403(b) match, elective Vision and DentalPaid Time Off: Up to 6 weeks annually, including CME daysContinuing Medical Education (CME): Days and an annual CME expense allowanceAnnual Pledge: Support towards licenses, fees, and organizational duesMalpractice Coverage provided by Singing River Health System Our Community Network:We provide critical health services, numerous community outreach programs and charitable services and educational programs.
