End Date/Duration: Ongoing locum-to-perm opportunity
Shift: Clinic and hospital coverage, 8 or 10-hour shifts (specific shift details available upon request)
Hours/Week: Flexible, depending on scheduling needs
Employment Type: Locum with potential for permanent placement
License/Certifications: Kentucky state medical license, Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology preferred
Experience: Minimum of 3 years clinical practice in Hematology and Oncology
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $19,500.00

What You ll Do:
Provide outpatient and some inpatient Hematology & Oncology care to adult patients
Manage approximately 22 patients per day, including new consults
Collaborate with medical staff using EPIC EMR
Participate in patient education and develop treatment plans
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Follow all safety and compliance standards
Support the ongoing success of a leading facility in Paducah, KY
What You Need:
Valid state medical license in Kentucky
Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced outpatient/hospital setting
