Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: Coverage will include Mishawaka campus as well. The need is for Infusion coverage at both Mishawaka (3 days) and Plymouth (2 days) with call coverage in the evenings.
Schedule Details: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM + night call
Number of Shifts Needed per Month: To be determined
Procedures: Infusion coverage
Certifications Needed: BLS; Board Certified
Patient Population/Case Load: To be determined
Case Mix: To be determined
Trauma Level: To be determined
Licensing Information: Willing to License: No
Estimated Privileging Timeline: 30 days
