What You'll Do
Manage outpatient hematology follow-ups and new patient consultations
Write orders and prescriptions; communicate with pharmacy
Focus on benign hematology, primarily hematology (60-65%)
Collaborate with support staff including nurses, providers, and pharmacy
Maintain EMR documentation in EPIC (assessment required before start)
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing comprehensive outpatient care
Provide patient education and coordinate care plans
What You Need
Required: NC State Medical License
Board Certified in Hematology and/or Oncology (single or double board preferred)
DEA Certification
BLS Certification
2-3 years of relevant experience
Preferred: Ability to work in a general hematology/oncology role, comfortable with benign cases and outpatient setting
