JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active NC License
Board: BC/BE in Hematology or Oncology
DEA: Required
Certifications: BLS
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Hematology/Oncology
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive care in an ambulatory Hematology/Oncology clinic, including follow-ups and new patient consultations.
Focus on benign hematology, managing a patient panel with 60-65% hematology cases.
Write orders and prescriptions, and communicate effectively with the pharmacy.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, navigators, APPs, and infusion specialists.
Maintain proficiency in EPIC EMR system and adhere to hospital credentialing and compliance requirements.
