Seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join a 400+ multi-specialty group in central west Texas.

Job Duties Summary:
Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions
Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of cancer types and blood disorders
Coordinate care with Radiation Oncology, Surgical Oncology, and other specialists within the group
Participate in tumor boards and collaborate on complex cases
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development
Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and ongoing care
Optional participation in teaching, mentorship, and future residency training programs
