Job description
Seeking a Hematology-Oncology Physician to join a community-focused multispecialty practice in the East Bay. This role involves providing patient-centered, high-quality care in a collaborative environment with partnership potential .
Manage a patient load of 15-20 daily, treating both hematology and oncology cases equally.
Work Monday-Friday with shifts from 8-4 or 9-5.
Access on-site support services such as infusion centers, imaging (MRI, CT, PET), radiation oncology, and clinical trials.
Qualifications & Skills
Medical degree with relevant board certifications.
Strong clinical skills in hematology and oncology.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Key Duties
Key Duties include diagnosing and managing hematology and oncology patients, coordinating care with support services, and participating in clinical trials. The role offers competitive compensation with a first-year earning potential of $600K-$650K+ and partnership opportunities after two years, with potential earnings exceeding one million dollars.
