ATC Locums is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician for a full-time outpatient opportunity in beautiful Santa Cruz, California . This assignment offers the chance to join a collaborative, physician-led cancer program with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Opportunity Highlights Location: Santa Cruz, California
Practice Setting: Ambulatory Hematology/Oncology clinic
Coverage Start: September 29
Schedule: Tuesday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Patient Volume: Approximately patients per day
EMR: Cerner
Clinical Practice You'll provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team. The practice features a modern outpatient infusion center with 15 private infusion bays and access to extensive oncology resources, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Support & Resources Dedicated RN staff
Nurse navigators and social workers
Pharmacy liaison for oral oncology medications
Research coordinators and genetic counselors
Weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards
17-bed inpatient oncology unit
Rapid diagnosis clinic
Two radiation centers
Survivorship programs, clinical trials, and comprehensive cancer support services
Qualifications Board Certified Medical Oncology preferred (Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology also considered)
Active California medical license required
Active DEA required
BLS preferred
Completion of accredited residency/fellowship training
Additional Details
Full-time (1.0 FTE) coverage
Ongoing need with potential for permanent employment
Credentialing timeframe: up to 90 days
IMLC Eligibility: No Active California license required
