Facility: United General Cancer Center, Sedro Woolley, WA
Open Dates: ASAP Ongoing6+ months until perm is in place.
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinic Hours + CallMon-Wed preferred but can be flexible on days of the week. 8a-4:30 or 5pm clinic
Possible weeknight call 1 night per week rotation
Minimum Requirements: Board Certified in OncologyIMLC accepted
COVID vaccine required
