Job description
Help support an established inpatient oncology service in Spokane, Washington, with consistent clinical hours and ongoing coverage needs. This assignment is ideal for a board-certified oncology physician seeking a structured hospitalist role without nights or call.
Specialty: Internal Medicine Hematology/Oncology
Setting: Inpatient hospitalist service
Schedule: 7 on / 7 off
Start: ASAP; full-time coverage targeted for September 1, pending privileges
Duration: Ongoing
Patient volume: Approximately 15 patients per shift
EMR: Epic
Trauma level: II
Requirements:
Board certified in Oncology
Active license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
DEA required
Fellowship preferred
Expedited privileges are available for providers with clean files who can return credentialing paperwork promptly. Providers with board actions, restrictions, terminations, settlements, DUIs, or drug-related issues are not eligible for temporary privileges.
