Hematology/Oncology opening in Tulsa, OK - Visa AssistanceLocated in Tulsa, OK - Oklahoma City 105m; Fayetteville, AR 115mFull-time; PermanentEmployedSeeking BC/BE Hematology/Oncology PhysicianJ-1 and H-1B visa support available Overview: Join a busy, established Hematology/Oncology practice with 11 physicians and 5 APPs Newly renovated Cancer Center featuring 40 on-site infusion pods Dedicated multidisciplinary tumor boards for Breast, Lung, Thoracic, GI, Liver, and General Oncology On-site Radiation Oncology with 2 Radiation Oncologists treating approximately 60 patients daily Lung Cancer Screening Center of Excellence performing approximately 1,500 screenings annually Extensive clinical support including nurses, clinical assistants, Oncology Nurse Navigators, Genetics Counselor, Registered Dietitian, PT/OT, and Palliative Care Dedicated Oncology Social Worker and patient/family support programs Teaching opportunities available through affiliations with local medical schools Epic EMR with Dragon DAX Copilot AI documentation Comp/Benefits: Competitive 2-year guaranteed base salary with achievable wRVU productivity thresholds $50,000 sign-on bonus + up to $25,000 relocation reimbursement 25 days PTO + 7 holidays during the guarantee period $5,000 annual CME allowance PSLF-eligible employer with student loan assistance negotiable Immigration support available for J-1 and H-1B candidates Group/Facility Info: Comprehensive, newly renovated Cancer Center offering medical and radiation oncology services Large multidisciplinary oncology program with extensive clinical, administrative, and psychosocial support Strong emphasis on coordinated cancer care through disease-specific tumor boards and navigation services Advanced lung cancer screening program and on-site infusion services Part of a large, established not-for-profit health system serving Tulsa and the surrounding region About the Area:Tulsa offers a low cost of living, affordable housing, and the amenities of a major metropolitan area.
