Central Valley Doctors Health System Physician Group invites you to join an established, collegial hematology-oncology practice at the heart of California's Central Valley where you'll have the resources of a comprehensive cancer center and the satisfaction of serving a community that truly needs you. With two physicians and an NP already in place, you're stepping into a well-functioning team, not building from scratch. This is a rare opportunity to practice full-spectrum oncology including infusion, imaging, and cardiac services in a setting that balances clinical depth with quality of life.
Position Highlights
Full-time, employed opportunity with Central Valley Doctors Health System Physician Group
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule
Call ratio of 1:3 with NP covering first call
Daily clinic census of approximately 17-20 patients per day
Inpatient rounding as needed you manage your own patients
Comprehensive cancer center with a radiation oncology academic partnership
On-site infusion suite staffed by a PGY2-trained pharmacist
Full supportive oncology services, women's imaging, mobile PET/CT, and select oncology-related cardiac ultrasound on site

Competitive compensation range of $395,799-$626,583, based on qualifications, experience, and productivity

Candidate Requirements
MD or DO degree
Board eligible or board certified in Hematology-Oncology
California medical license, or eligibility to obtain licensure in California
