Established Team Infrastructure: Two-physician Hematology/Oncology group supported by 3 APPs, 4 MAs, 3 RNs, and dedicated phlebotomy staff
Outpatient-Focused Model: Manage 20-25 clinic patients per day in a streamlined setting designed for physician efficiency and autonomy
Lifestyle-Driven Schedule Options: Monday-Friday clinic with ability to transition into a four-day workweek and phone-only call coverage
Candidate Requirements
Fellowship-trained in Hematology/Oncology
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Comfortable practicing in an outpatient-heavy clinical model
Interested in long-term practice growth in a community setting
