Position Type: Permanent Full-Time

Schedule: 4-day workweek Phone-only call

$600,000 ongoing income floor after the guarantee period
$150,000 commencement bonus

Serve an 8-county region with approximately 280,000 residents
Practice Highlights Deliver high-quality, patient-centered Hematology/Oncology care in a collaborative environment.
Work alongside Radiation Oncology, infusion staff, pharmacists, and other specialists .
Practice at a CoC and NAPBC-accredited cancer center .
Participate in weekly tumor boards and cooperative clinical trials.
Private infusion suites supported by chemotherapy-certified nurses .
Hospitalist team handles admissions , allowing you to focus on oncology care.

Compensation & Benefits Income Guarantee: $800K for 2 years
Ongoing Income Floor: $600K
Commencement Bonus: $150K

CME: $5,000/year
Malpractice: Employer-paid, including tail coverage
Insurance: Health, dental & vision
Retirement: 403(b) with match + 457(b)
Requirements MD or DO with BE/BC in Hematology/Oncology - Required
Current and unrestricted state and federal prescribing authority - Required
DEA - Required
Clean malpractice and background - Required
Recent NPDB Self-Query within 30 days - Required at presentation
Eligible to work in the U.S. - Required
