Job description
The Salisbury VA HealthCare Center seeks a physician leader in Hematology and Oncology to oversee clinical operations across Salisbury, Charlotte, and Kernersville. The Program Manager will direct infusion services and supervise the oncology navigation core to ensure high-quality patient care.
The role includes acting as Chief when needed, leading quality improvement and research, and coordinating with nursing and administrative teams.
