Job description
ChristianaCare seeks a Registered Nurse Coordinator to provide advanced hematology/oncology care coordination for adult patients. In this role, you will triage patients, manage infusion and clinic schedules, support complex treatment plans, provide chemotherapy and symptom management education, and promote evidence-based practice. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, pharmacists, social workers, and support staff to optimize outcomes, reduce hospitalizations, and enhance patient and family experience, while mentoring team members and contributing to quality and safety initiatives in a high-acuity oncology setting.
