Innovative Hematology Indianapolis, Indiana

Innovative Hematology is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Adult Hematologist to join its nationally recognized, highly specialized practice in Indianapolis, Indiana.

This opportunity is focused exclusively on the diagnosis and treatment of adults with benign and complex non-malignant hematologic conditions. The incoming physician will join an established multidisciplinary team committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals with bleeding, clotting, and other blood disorders.

Position Highlights

100% adult benign hematology

No malignant hematology or oncology responsibilities

Join a nationally recognized organization specializing in bleeding, clotting, and other non-malignant blood disorders

Established patient base and strong regional referral network

Collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical team

Compensation is not tied to RVU production

Base compensation of approximately $380,000 $450,000

Additional bonus opportunity of up to 20%

Opportunities to participate in research, education, and teaching based on the physician s interests

Supportive clinical and administrative infrastructure

Visa support may be considered for qualified candidates
