Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a full-time Hematopoietic Transplant and Cellular Therapy Clinical Pharmacist in Winston-Salem. The role involves overseeing pharmaceutical care, patient education, and collaborating with healthcare teams to manage medication therapies. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in pharmacy and be licensed in the state of practice.
This position involves a mix of inpatient and clinic rotations with a schedule from Monday to Friday and occasional weekends. It includes mentoring pharmacy students and ensuring compliance with medication management policies.
