Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP track. You will coordinate and provide clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, including planning, intervention, and evaluation during hemodialysis sessions.
Under supervision, you will collect patient data, adjust care plans as needed, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe delivery of dialysis therapy.
