Job description
The Hemophilia and Thrombosis Center at University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead clinical care, case management and program coordination for bleeding and clotting disorders. This is a 1.0 FTE onsite role in Aurora, CO.
Responsibilities include comprehensive patient care, evaluations, care-plan development, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, with an emphasis on education and data quality.
