Epsilon C5I ( a division of Epsilon Systems Solutions, is a 100 percent employee-owned company founded in 1998 with more than 20 locations serving the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Department of Homeland Security, non-profit and commercial customers. The Dayton division has recently been named as one of only five prime awardees for the 10-year, $4.7 billion NOVASTAR contract supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), WPAFB, Ohio.
Epsilon C5I is looking for qualified candidates to conduct High Frequency (HF) radar analysis on-site to provide support to our mission partner. The Ideal HF Analyst 4 candidate will have experience in producing integrated multi-layered products from HF data in a second and third phase production setting. Familiarity with real-world of PIR Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) collection and reporting highly desirable.
Duties And Responsibilities
Extract, process, and analyze HF radar intelligence data using LINUX-based SCIMITAR tools to produce full event report packages.
Analyze sensor-derived HF radar data and produce applicable written and graphic reports.
Ability and willingness to become geospatially familiar with various areas of responsibility.
Support development of new applications and processes.
Support multiple phases of PIR Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED).
Complete rapid tasks as needed.
Maintain and/or manage multiple databases.
Operate independently or as part of an intelligence production team.
Prepare and present briefings on analysis derived findings and assist in task planning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
10 years of intelligence experience including 5-7 years of PIR experience.
Applicants must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI eligibility.
Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
General understanding of PIR analysis and/or production.
Effective writing and communications skills.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 10 or more years of PIR experience.
Computer programming languages.
Data management.
Familiar with ArcGIS, Google Earth, SOCET GXP, COMET, Remote View, MatLAB, MIST, ENVI, AGITK, and/or GETS.
NASIC production experience.
ADA Notations
Regular communication (hearing/speaking).
Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.
Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).
Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, and walk.
Ability to travel by car, air or other means of transportation, if required.
