Home Health Aide (HHA)Join ComForCare Home Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Adrian, MI, where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, and we invite you to be part of our caring team.Responsibilities:Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support.Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.Administer medications as prescribed and ensure compliance with care plans.Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.Document care provided and maintain accurate records.Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; HHA certification preferred.Previous experience in home care or a healthcare setting is a plus.Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others.Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Must pass background checks and drug screening.About Us:ComForCare Home Care has been serving the Adrian, MI community for over a decade, providing exceptional in-home care tailored to individual needs.
