We serve a broad area where you can find a convenient commute in Norfolk and Suffolk Counties and surrounding areas.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming; your support helps our clients maintain dignity and comfortAssist with Mobility, Transfers, Light Exercise or WalkingPrepare and serve meals so clients have tasty and healthy foodMedication reminders are crucial to our client's health, we will train youProvide companionship, engage in fun activities and be the friendly face and joyful presence that makes every day a little brighterShow enthusiasm for helping others, eagerness to learn, and motivation to provide excellent careMaintain a clean and safe environment in clients' homesOccasional Transportation of your client to appointments or errands, we reimburse your milesDemonstrate dedication to our clients and respect for our agency's close knit teamRequirements:Proficiency in EnglishCurrent CNA or HHA certification or caregiving experienceNursing students seeking patient care experiencePrevious experience in home care or a similar setting is a plus but not necessary; what matters most is your kindness and eagerness to make a differenceStrong communication skills and a caring nature because a warm, empathetic approach is at the heart of what we doAbility to follow a care plan and provide compassionate, patient-centered careReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseAbility to pass background checks because we value trust and integrity in our teamWhat we offer:Competitive PayFlexible Schedules.
