Boulder Ponds , a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for HHA/CNAs to join our growing team!
Boulder Ponds Senior Living recently opened in the spring of 2021 in Lake Elmo, MN. It is located right on the border of Woodbury and Oakdale, right off highway 94. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 95-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Part Time AM (6am-2pm), Part Time PM (4pm-8pm), Full Time/Part Time (2pm-10pm), Full Time/Part Time NOC (10pm-6am), every other weekend included.
HHA Wage : $17-$22 per hour
CNA Wage: $19-$24 per hour
Shift Differential: $1 PM, $2 Overnight

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:
CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
Strong interest in healthcare.
Positive, compassionate attitude.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
