nHome Care Now, a Help at Home company, is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care and companionship. Join our team and help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
nAbout the Role
nIn this home care position, you will work one-on-one with clients, providing personal care and support with daily activities. You will follow each client's plan of care, with caregiver support available 24/7 when you need help or guidance.
nQualifications
nnnActive Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or a valid Florida 40-hour Home Health Aide (HHA) training certificate.
n
nnFluency in spoken and written English.
n
nnValid government-issued ID.
n
nnSuccessful completion of Florida Level 2 background screening through the AHCA Clearinghouse.
n
nnCommitment to completing company and state-required training.
n
n nResponsibilities
nYour duties may include the following, based on each client's plan of care:
nnnAssist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
n
nnPrepare meals and provide mealtime assistance.
n
nnAssist with mobility and transfers to help clients stay safe.
n
nnProvide light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing support.
n
nnOffer companionship and assistance with daily activities.
n
nnObserve and report changes in a client's condition to your supervisor.
