nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
nWe're hiring HHA, CNA, and experienced caregivers for 1:1 home care throughout Milford, Framingham, and surrounding MetroWest and Worcester County communities.
nHHA / CNA / Caregiver may provide:
nPersonal care
nBathing and dressing
nMeal preparation and feeding
nAssist with transfers, mobility and medication reminders
nOther 1:1 caregiving support based on client needs
n⭐ We welcome male and female caregivers and match caregivers based on client needs and preferences.
n⭐ Bilingual caregivers are encouraged to apply, especially Portuguese-speaking caregivers. Spanish, Russian and Arabic speakers are also welcome.
nWHAT WE OFFER:
n$19–$20/hr base pay
nUp to $22–$25/hr for premium shifts

nCURRENT SHIFT OPPORTUNITIES:
nWe currently have morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend opportunities in the Milford/MetroWest area.
nMorning shifts: 8 AM–12 PM and 9 AM–1 PM
nAfternoon shifts: 1 PM–4 PM
nEvening shifts: 5 PM–10 PM
nOvernight: 7:30 PM– 6:30 AM
n**Weekday and weekend shifts available
n⭐ Current shift opportunities may be available in Milford, Framingham, Hopkinton, Franklin, Hopedale, Upton, Whitinsville, Holliston, Shrewsbury, Uxbridge, Bellingham, Holden, Worcester County, and nearby communities.
nWHAT YOU'LL NEED:
n6+ months HHA/caregiving experience OR active MA CNA License
nTB Test & Physical within 1 year — can be completed during onboarding
nValid driver's license + insured car
nCPR/BLS from American Heart Association or Red Cross — can be renewed during onboarding if expired
n⭐ Current CPR/BLS and up-to-date medicals can help move your onboarding along faster.
