Job description
Home Care Provider
This position provides custodial and personal care services to clients that contract with Assisting Hands for services under the direction of the Staffing Coordinator in compliance with the Plan of Care.
HHA/CNA
$13 -$18
One (1) year of experience in the home or long-term care setting is preferred.
Reports to: Staffing Coordinator
Required Documents
• Covid vaccine
• Social Security (Card)
• Driver's License
• Auto Insurance
• Health Certificate (less than 6 months)
• TB results (less than 6 months)
• BLS/CPR Card
• HHA (75 hs) or CNA License
• Alzheimer's (2hs) Approved by the "Department of Elder Affairs"
• HIV/AIDS (2hs)
• Assistance with Self Administration of Medications (2hs)
• Domestic Violence (2hs)
• OSHA and Infection Control (2hs)
• HIPAA (2hs)
Background Screening Requirement: This position will require background screening through the Clearinghouse.
