Home Health Aide/CNA OpportunityRight at Home Des Moines is looking for compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team in West Des Moines, IA! We have exciting weekend availability with Friday through Sunday 10-hour shifts — perfect for those seeking a consistent schedule with meaningful work. If you have a passion for helping others and making a real difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene supportAssist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfortPrepare meals and assist with feeding as neededPerform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spacesMonitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisorsProvide companionship and emotional support to clients and their familiesAssist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plansRequirementsCurrent HHA or CNA certification in the state of IowaPrior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting preferredAvailability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on 10-hour shiftsReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseStrong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanorAbility to work independently and follow detailed care plansMust pass background check and meet all state compliance requirementsRight at Home Des Moines is a trusted in-home care provider dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the greater Des Moines area.
