Caregiver Position at Rise Up HomecareRise Up Homecare is a rapidly expanding caregiver agency seeking CNAs and HHAs. In particular we need caregivers available for shifts ranging from 4hrs to 8hrs on weekdays and weekends. We pay every Friday. Our pay rate: HHAs start at $19hr, CNAs at $20hr. Some of our shifts are in the client's home, some in facilities. They range from companion shifts (monitoring the client's condition, helping with meal prep, light housekeeping, etc.)... to providing assistance with mobility and ADLs.Requirements:Prior AHCA Level II Fingerprint background1-3 years as a HHA/CNACompassionate and patient demeanor.Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, their families, and our office staffDependability in getting to shifts on time with no or few call outs.You must have a valid Florida driver's license and a vehicle always available with current registration and insurance.We are different from other caregiving agencies in one very important way - all of our office staff are caregivers. We know the caregiver drill, so we make every effort to find shifts matching your preferences. We believe that if our caregivers are happy, our clients are going to be happy.Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Rise Up Homecare is a company run by caregivers not business managers.
